If you are a landlord, you will know that it is a legal requirement to get the gas appliances in your tenanted properties checked for safety once a year.
On a gas safety certificate we will check for any gas leaks on your pipework, check for the correct and safe operation of your gas appliances and visually inspect components for wear and tear.
